A little about me -

I have almost 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.  I have been a licensed Realtor® and a member of TAR (Texas Association of Realtors®) and NAR (National Association of Realtors®) for 3 years and have been a multi million dollar and top producer and owner of TX Property Shop.  I was also a licensed Escrow Officer for almost 12 years with a local title company.

I have been a consultant to the "Today Show" and provided research and information they requested for the taping of a segment they were doing on home improvements.  One of the producers of the show saw my blog at www.AskThisRealtor.com and contacted me.  My love is real estate, not only includes sales, but I am also a home improvement specialist. I started the blog to help anyone with questions pertaining to real estate to include home improvements.  

My experience, ability, knowledge and expertise as a licensed Realtor® and Escrow Officer in the Real Estate area and knowledge of the greater  Ft. Hood area benefits my clients greatly. 

I am always looking for ways to improve myself and always implementing new technology and software to produce sales and increase productivity and  provide my clients with the best service possible through my knowledge and experience and access to new technologies available.   I am extremely detail oriented which is a must and I have a high work ethic.

I am available 7 days a week to better serve you and your family.  I am here to answer any and all questions you may have.
